Who We Are

Paul T. Murray, AIF®, ChFC®, CDFA™ founded PTM Wealth Management, LLC in 2011, after having spent 10 years providing financial planning and investment management services to private clients at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Advisors. Those early years at major Wall Street brokerage firms were marked by two once-in-a-generation market crashes: the bursting of the dot-com bubble in 2000, and the greatest financial crisis since the great depression, which began in 2008.  During those years, Paul learned a lot about the value of financial planning, risk management for investments, and unbiased independent financial advice.

Today, we view our firm as a boutique, serving less than 100 select private clients and families who want the personal touch of a family office combined with the research and resources of a large firm.  Our approach to wealth management is to ask clients to identify what wealth means to them, and to help them develop plans and strategies to achieve it and maintain it.
